2. Ordering and sale

Orders are placed by submitting your name and phone number via the order form. Submission of the form does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when our team calls to confirm the order and you verbally accept.

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable VAT. The current price for Forura Focus Source is £28.99 per pack of 90 capsules. Prices are subject to change; the price displayed at the time of your order confirmation call is the price you will pay.

Payment is made in cash or by card to the delivery courier upon receipt of the parcel. No online payment is taken. No advance payment is required.

Forura Focus Source is a food supplement. It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition. Information on this website does not constitute medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. 5. Returns and withdrawal

Your right to withdraw from a purchase is set out in our Returns Policy. You have 14 calendar days from delivery to return goods in their original, sealed condition under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motionbonesur Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of this site or the product. Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
